February 28th

Spring is nearly here!

February 27th

We visited an old power plant in MD and Andrew set up his medium format camera with some great results.

February 26th

Not one of my photos, but this image has really affected me today as it's been all over the news. Actor, Andrew Koenig, committed suicide due to depression and it really saddened me to think that this beautiful looking man is lost to the world forever, and to think no-one close enough could help to save him.

February 25th

The Emblemax Wall of Ink. Pam sorted these by color and relabeled them. If anyone moves a pot out of place, she fines them $1.

Crappy iPhone photo of my new nails, but aren't they purdy?

Today's a better day. I love webinars and CorelDRAW X5 has just been released. Yay!

February 19th

I nearly fell over backwards when I went into Joe's office. He must've been bored to clean up like this, as I've never seen his desk this tidy or that stack of papers so low!

February 18th

Squelchie and I went shopping at Lowes, wonderful place for a photo op!

February 17th

The snow on my drive home from work. This is a week later and it's not melting.

February 16th

"A pair of new shoes might not cure a broken heart or soothe a tension headache, but they will relieve the symptoms."
A saying and image from my office calender that really rings true with me.

February 15th

Someone inadvertently made these tire tracks outside of our work. So cool to happen the day after Valentine's Day.

February 14th

My Valentine's Day flowers from my Valentine.

February 13th

We visited an abandoned brewery and I was entranced with these footsteps in the snow.

February 12th

I couldn't believe it when I walked into Target tonight and the first thing I saw was this group of guys picking out Valentine cards. Who says romance is dead - aaww!
I was there for cat food...

February 11th

José brought his son to work today as it was a snow day. He made a model of himself using rolled up balls of masking tape, a marker pen and a piece of a t-shirt. Our next Emblemax artist, I think!

February 8th

The snow continues to be piled up and we're in for another storm tomorrow.

February 7th

Jackie and Paulie felt that since they'd dug their vehicles out in the morning that they were fully entitled to sit and watch the rest of us toil. After digging out Stuart and helping with two other cars, I joined them.

February 6th

Our condo community with over 2ft of snow.

February 5th

A friend and I walked to a Chinese restaurant in the snow for a late lunch. I loved the way this half lamp appeared as a full circle on the mirror.

February 4th

Arde and Peanut, Barb's woofers. I popped in for a few beers after the nail salon, and while pointing my iPhone at them, Arde said, 'Are we having dinner then?', and Peanut said, 'you're scaring me!'

February 2nd

The world on a marble. I keep this in my desk drawer along with loads of other sparkly and shiny things that I've accumulated by asking, begging or just taking. I think I was a Jackdaw in a previous life...
