Happy New Year from us all in Manassas, VA. xxxxx.

This is the last entry for 2010 and following entries for 2011 will now be posted here.
This was only going to be a one year project but I've enjoyed doing it so much, I'll continue with no end date.

December 16th

We had the first snow of winter today and leaving work early I saw a guy on the side of the road holding a sign saying Centreville, $20. His car had broken down and he wanted a ride. I ignored the niggling feeling that this could lead to danger and pulled over. He turned out to be very friendly and grateful for the ride especially as I refused his $20. Having done my good deed for the day which was later followed by a steaming mug of hot chocolate laced with Jamesons and accompanied by truffles made a perfect ending to my day.
